PSC Step By Step-01-1

Designed for OEM’s service, spindles repair and maintenance companies or shop floor maintenance departments, the PSC is the perfect diagnose tool for any Spindle Expert. The PSC can be moved from machine to machine without any connections to the CNC controller or electrical cabinet.

Simply mount the LC50-DIGILOG laser via the magnet bases anywhere within the machine tool workspace, connect the cable to your laptop, and then follow the step-by-step interactive instructions to start collecting spindle data. Using the cable included with the PSC allows all measurements to be performed with the machine tool doors closed, therefore ensuring the safety of the machine operator.

The SpindleControl software will then analyze the data collected and provide accurate information about runout, vibration, stability and the health condition of your spindle. The data is automatically stored within the SpindleControl software allowing immediate and/or historical analysis. This is particularly useful for preventive maintenance scheduling.
